By accessing or using the AI styling service at outfitideas.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
outfitideas provides an AI-powered outfit styling platform. Users can browse curated scene archives, request personalized outfit briefs, plan a week of looks, and generate virtual try-ons. Our AI agent automatically routes briefs to the right matching and generation models. The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers with varying capabilities.
To use certain features of the Service (such as Pro plans, virtual try-on uploads, and weekly outfit generation), you may need to create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Outfit suggestions and try-on images generated through the Service on paid plans (Style Essential, Wardrobe Pro) are yours to use for personal styling reference, social sharing, and commercial use without attribution requirements.
Content generated on the free plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Free-tier outputs may include attribution. To use free-tier content for commercial purposes (advertising, monetized channels, client work, resale, etc.), you must upgrade to a paid plan.
Scene-page hero images, look photographs, and detail shots are the property of outfitideas and may not be redistributed, scraped, or reused for commercial purposes outside the Service.
By generating content through the Service, you grant outfitideas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your generated outputs for the purposes of promoting the Service — including featuring it in our community gallery, social channels, marketing materials, and demo showcases. This license is limited to promotional use and does not transfer ownership of your content.
If you do not wish your content to be featured, you may opt out by contacting us. We will remove your content from promotional materials within a reasonable timeframe.
The Service itself, including its design, code, AI prompts, and underlying systems, remains the intellectual property of outfitideas. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the Service fails to deliver an outfit generation due to a system error, the credit will be returned to your account.
You may not use the Service to generate or upload content that is:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, outfitideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
